The flop proceeds and there is 6 way action, lots of raises and re-raises, some fold, some call, some raise.
The turn card comes out, there is betting action, lots of raises and re-raises, some fold, some call, some raise. The river comes out, 2 players check, one player bets, everyone folds and the dealer mucks all the cards into the deck.

The dealer calls the house over, and they wait for the house ruling.
The player in seat 10 says to the house “It is not a jack” then shows the house that is was a Queen. Person in seat 8 (who acts after him) says “If you bet anything, I am going to raise you no matter what” So seat 8 bets $60 and seat 8 folds and mucks his hand. The player in seat 6 gets angry and says “he said he would raise me, he has way more than enough to raise my bet. The chip runner has taken his cash, the dealer has acknowledged that he is in fact playing $200 behind but forgets to announce it to the table, does not give a “Playing Behind” button and did not give $200 from their tray.
This player declares “All-In” on the river, and seat 8 says “I call” . The others have not yet acted – the guy yells at the dealer “You mucked my hand!
